Usage Method

Usage: During Use, The Cyanide-Free Gold Recovery Reagent Should Be Agitated With Alkaline Water At Normal Temperature And Then Dissolved In The Gold Leaching Slurry. In The Process Of Heap Leaching, Basin Leaching And Oxidized Gold Ore Production, The Process Is The Same As The Process For Using Sodium Cyanide. The Pregnant Solution And The Lean Solution In Production Can Be Reused, And The Best Material In The Pregnant Gold Leach Solution Is Activated Carbon. The Gold Leaching Effect Is Best When The Ambient Temperature Is Above 10 ° C. The Reagent May Be Compatible With Gold Cyanide Extract.

Alkalinity: Lime, caustic soda, etc. are commonly used to adjust and maintain the ph value to 10 ~ 12. After the raw ore breaks up or into the pool, it must return water to adjust the alkalinity to ph value of 11 ± 1. Method of application: The dosage is about 0.5-1.0 parts per thousand (500-1000 g of product / Ton of ore). The properties, grade and pH of the ore affect the dosage. The actual dosage can be calculated according to the concentration of the solution.
