Application

1. Oxalic acid is an intermediate or necessary reagent in the synthesis of chemicals.

2. In the chemical industry, it is used for starch hydrolysis to produce pure dextrin and glucose, to produce various oxalate reagents for analysis, and to synthesize oxalate, oxalate ester, etc;

3. In the pharmaceutical industry, it is used to manufacture aureomycin, vitamin B2. streptomycin, tetracycline and other drugs;

4. In textile printing and dyeing industry, it is used as mordant for cotton and wool, tanning and bleaching of leather, bleaching of plywood, etc;
