Sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate, also known as monosodium phosphate dihydrate, is an inorganic compound with the chemical formula NaH₂PO₄·2H₂O. Application

• As a feed phosphorus additive.

• As a quality improver, it can improve the complex metal ions, pH value, ionic strength, etc. of food, thereby improving the binding force and water retention of food.

• Used as analytical reagents, buffers, and water softeners, and also used for bacterial culture, etc.

• It is an ideal phosphorus source for fish and shrimp feed, especially for young fish and shrimp.

• Buffer, water softener, manufacture of Sodium Hexametaphosphate and sodium pyrophosphate, determination of magnesium, preparation of modified White’s medium for haploid breeding. Molecular biology grade for gel electrophoresis – gel buffer components for denaturing gels containing formaldehyde.
