Description

Coconut oil is an oil extracted from coconut kernel and is a non-drying oil. It is solid, white or light yellow at room temperature. It can also be eaten and has the unique aroma of coconut. The content of unsaturated acid is low, the stability is good, and it is not easy to oxidize and deteriorate. Mainly glycerides of lauric acid, myristic acid and oleic acid. It can saponification with concentrated caustic soda solution at room temperature.
